What can I do if my ARC request is rejected?

If you submit an ARC request and it is rejected, you can bring your request before the Board at one of the monthly meetings.  You will be given the opportunity to present your request and state why it should be accepted.  Please contact the board (boardmembers@hillcrest-lebanon.com) or the property manager (management@hillcrest-lebanon.com) to get on agenda for the monthly Board meeting.
