NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

Thursday, December 05, 2013; 7 pm

In accordance with Article III, Section 3.05 of the Bylaws for the Hillcrest-Lebanon Homeowners Association, you are hereby given notice that the Annual Homeowners Association Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, December 05, 2013.  Sign-in will begin at 6:30 pm and will be held at the Frisco Public Library, 6101 Frisco Square Blvd. Suite 3000, Frisco, Texas 75034 (4^th Floor, McCollum Room).  The meeting will start promptly at 7 pm.

The Order of Business is as follows:

• Roll Call and Certification of Proxies.
• Proof of Notice of Meeting or Waiver of Notice.
• Reading of Minutes of Preceding Annual Meeting.
• Committee Reports.
• 2013 Year in Review.
• 2014 Looking Forward.
• Adjournment.

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU ATTEND THIS MEETING.  If you will be unable to attend, please fill out, sign and return a Proxy & Absentee Ballot immediately to Select Management Company.

YOUR COMPLETED PROXY & ABSENTEE BALLOT WILL HELP MEET THE QUORUM REQUIREMENTS.  IF A QUORUM IS NOT PRESENT IN PERSON AND/OR BY PROXY & ABSENTEE BALLOT, THEN ANOTHER DATE MUST BE SET.
