NOTICE: New Property Management Company

Dear Neighbor:
After careful consideration we have chosen to contract with a new property management company which better aligns with our neighborhood’s needs and will provide enhanced and more consistent services to our Association.
We are pleased to announce that we have selected 4Sight Neighborhood Management (www.4sightnm.com) to manage the ongoing care of our community. 4Sight is a Frisco-based company and holds CMCA and AMS certifications in association and property management. 4Sight brings a collaborative approach to association management and will provide us exceptional professionalism and service.
Beginning September 1, 2014, the Association will begin using electronic communications including e-mail and the Association’s web site (hillcrestlebanon.wpstagecoach.com) in an effort to reduce costs and improve communication, when possible. If you do not have access to e-mail or the web, or would prefer paper correspondence, we will continue sending information to you by postal mail.
To ensure that 4Sight has the most up-to-date contact information available, please take a moment to complete the Contact Information Update and E-mail Registration form at the bottom of this noticewith your e-mail address and any other changes, either by email at 2014update@hillcrest-lebanon.com or postal mail, by September 30, 2014.
Also, please take note that our Association has a new mailing address and phone number. All non-email correspondence with the Association / Board of Directors and 4Sight, including any checks or automatic bank bill payment services, will need to be sent to the following address:
