A Frisco Code Enforcement officer attended the January board meeting. The officer stated they have been having issues with squatters in vacant homes. In some instances, the squatters have creating fake leases to get the water turned on. Please be aware of this issue and let the board know if you think this could be occurring at a home in our HOA.
