A Frisco Code Enforcement officer attended the January board meeting. The officer it appears the city is head toward implementing Stage 4 water restrictions in the spring. This will be dependent on the amount of rain we receive between now and then, but it is not looking good. In Stage 4 water restrictions watering the lawn/flowerbeds is prohibited.
Due to the water restrictions the city is not approving any new pool permits.
You will still be able to use soaker hoses to water your foundations.
